Ok,went to renew kitas at ngurah rai but have changed address,they already accepted files and said come in on wed for foto..now they ring us and say no you cant do it and must "cabut" your file,but must get SKTT to do so aarrgh..the question is can i get sktt when javanese wife is on kipem/kips and where if living in pemogan and what do i need document wise? In Jawa i needed STM and surat domicile,from memory! I aready have surat melapo tempat tinggal from banjar( bule version of kipem?

Apparently you need a denpasar ktp sponsor to make SKTT at catatan sipil denpasar aaargh...will be easier to go to banyuwangi if i can use jawa SKTT to pull my file and extend kitas at denpasar instead of ngurah rai....why so complicated..

If I get a Denpasar SKTT I am stuck using Denpasar Immigration ,which is ok for KITAS extension,but not for KITAP,because wife has Jawa KTP..If I get Jawa SKTT I can't do anything but "cabut" my file from Ngurah Rai imigrasi,then go to Jember and play imigrasi there,meanwhile no one looking after business and cat in Bali etc. ....All this is the end result of using an agent for KITAS in the first place..bad idea....of course I could use the agent to extend KITAS but not allowed KITAP,so in 4 yrs I will have to start all over again. Aaarrgh

My next door neighbour went and picked up my Denpasar SKTT for me yesterday..Easiest thing I have done in Indonesia,just need a fotocopy of ANYONES denpasar E_KTP (must be electronic) and fotocopy of their kartu keluarga,and get them to sign the Jaminan form...(you could actually just walk around the office and ask someone hehe,but the missus is too ashamed for that kind of stuff)..first attempt we took a fotocopy of his old ktp(stupid me) but we rang him and half an hour later brought his electronic version...a few people here make out they have lost their old ones so they can have both???...Also need Surat Tanda Melapor..We get from Sanur Polsek(polri maybe) it is the South Denpasar place in Sanur! Plus fotocopys of passport and kitas and copy of Melapor diri from Banjar..Sktt is free and no fine for being 9 months late..
