UPS fail

I ordered some books from Amazon from a 3rd party supplier and now Amazon says they have been "lost" after arriving in Jakarta. They took quite a journey to finally get lost in Indonesia. Amazon gave a full refund but it makes you wonder what happened. The whole "Amazon" - post delivery thing is a riddle to me. A non-specific study (my own and fams experiences) is that about 20% of the stuff goes missing. I ordered a Kindle and after about a week no show they sent a new one, then the original arrived after they'd refunded my dosh - they said "keep it for free"!

Lucky you, all the items I have ordered that didnt show up, never showed up haha

Before I got my Kindle I bought a few books from Amazon and I got them all. I think at that time they came through the regular mail. Same with my Google tv box I ordered through Aliexpress, that arrived fine. Maybe there is hope that they will still arrive. Who knows.
