PS4 Playstation games in Bali

Has any one purchase the 'legitimate' playstation games that many of the DVD stores sell in Bali? Do they work as normal or do you need to modify your playstation to be able to play them? Thanks

You can buy the legit ones from GS Shop Mall Bali Galeria as well as find sellers on https://www.olx.co.id/ most of the sellers are in Denpasar and yes they work perfectly normal and you can play online :)

If you try and buy the ones from the DVD stores you're simply getting the same this as if you downloaded it from the internet yourself - so just skip the middleman and do-it-yourself. If that is too much then agree with the DVD shop you can bring back what doesn't work - you've got a whole IDR10,000 invested, right?

Very true. Actually just in the process of deciding if we will buy a PS4j, and the ability to get copied games was a big drawcard for here in Bali. Just would hate to be spending $60-$100 per game.

Buying the PS4 if just from the perspective of being in at the beginning of some fantastic virtual reality (believe the PS4 is equipped to support that and the main reason I upgraded my pc system) if you aren't a rabid gamer (they would know all about game bootlegs/internet downloads/etc already) you will find enough games to keep you happy from the local stores I prophesy. There are already millions of games available. Some will work.

Thanks for that. So when you buy the games from the local stores can you just use on your existing PS4 or do you need to do some form of modification? Sorry for all the newbiii questions :(
