Hi there,I have 2 rooms in my furnished villa/house available in Sanur. Close to the beach and also a short 5 min drive to Sanur main street.Each room has a double bed and cupboards of nice quality.The Villa itself has:- 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms with bath/shower and hot water- laundry (with washing machine, ironing board, iron, washing line)- western Kitchen with fridge/freeza, cook top, other kitchen amenities needed- living area with TV and pay TV- pool- security gates with parking inside- AC in all rooms- wifi available- home phoneThe cost of the room with use of all other areas (a part from other bedrooms where people are staying) is 5 million RP/month excluding bills which are not very expensive.The bills to expect are electricity($70/month), water ($10/month), maid ($50/month), rubbish (very cheap but varies) and wifi ($80/month but can vary due to usage). These will be monthly and split by the number of people staying.If you want to rent one room for two people that is ok but the bills will be equal but you will pay for the room a little more than 5 million and this can be discussed.The area is very quiet and there is not much noise.If you have more questions please don't hesitate to ask.I also have many friends here in Bali so can assist in finding jobs for expats who need some work.Thank youYasmin :icon_e_wink:
