He must have been blind for a long time judging by the appearance of many of his accusers (joking),also to be considered as legally blind doesn`t mean that you cant see anything,therefore I don't understand how this has anything to do with his upcoming case,i have a friend who is considered legally blind,she wears those glasses that look like the bottoms of old style glass milk bottles,she manages just fine,even has a good job,

I think much of this stuff happened in a different world (anyone remember the Black and White Minstrel Show or Rowan and Martin's Laugh In?) and I really don't think a 70 plus year old man should be held responsible for something a 34 year old did or not. It's all "she said, he said" with no pictures or evidence. I think back (fondly!) on my youth and what I did - I'd still be in jail now for stuff that wasn't considered bad then, let alone illegal! I had girl friends that laughingly told stories of how they were shagged by their teachers. Now they are all "injured" and "destroyed" by it. Back then it was funny and a way to a good grade. Try explaining that to a young grown up person from today.
