I've just heard Bali airport is closed Friday 14 Oct 2016 due to problems with the runway...it is planned to re-open at noon but anyone waiting for arrival visitors or planning a departure should keep up with the news as many delays are expected.

My wife was expecting a parcel from Jakarta by POS Indonesia. Imagine our surprise when they called about 6 pm to ask if we still wanted it delivered later at night as it should have arrived by mid-day. We accepted and at 10:00PM it arrived by a carrier profusely apologizing and explaining about the runway closure.
How refreshing to get this service in Indonesia and 'grats to POS ID.

How is this for good work and indonesian service
I ordered 3 coffees (lattes) from Go-Jek and though too myself how are they going to manage this.
Well within 10 mins coffee delivered each one with about a meter of cling film on them then individually wrapped and tied in a plastic bag.
they were then all bound tightly together in another tightly tied plastic bag.
They never spilled a drop( however they were only half filled) and it was still warm despite taking 10 mins to unwrap them.
Still i was happy they done it.
Is there anything these guys wont do for a buck
