Hi everyone, I am looking for a trustworthy and professional notaris and a lawyer with the same criteria. The notaris is for setting up a PT company, acquire an IMB and a liquor license, setting up a restaurant. The lawyer is for checking the work of the notaris. They should not be from the same company as I want to avoid any possible conflict on interest. Anyone out there who can recommend someone?Second question, would it be wise to have both a lawyer and a notaris check the work done by the "main notaris" or am I just being paranoid?
