We called to Villa Kitty in Ubud and BAWA they are full, they don't take more kittens! :(

Hi ZoomBali, if you can keep the kittens until they are fully vaccinated there might be a possibility that Villa Kitty will take them. But without that it is too dangerous. If this is an option for you maybe ask Villa Kitty again.
