try asking questions directly via the Indonesian Immigration website :BerandaI was able to clear up an issue regarding changed regulation within a couple of hours -reply from Humas Imigrasi the point I'm making is that the Immigration department is issuing clear answers to questions directed to them. Insha'Allahnice way to check up on what your visa agents have to say about what you can do and what you can't do, or what they think is possible and maybe you can see if they are working around the issue or under the table. and searching the internet can turn up so much old information that has been outdated by regulation changestip- ask in bahasa via legal Indonesian company/entity if you have one...might helpeither way,we all know that regulations change and who better to ask - other than agents with vested interests

asking 2 imigrasi employees, who work at the same office, the same question, and I am pretty sure you would get 2 different/opposite answers :icon_lol:

your point was : "the point I'm making is that the Immigration department is issuing clear answers to questions directed to them. Insha'Allah" my point was : : "different people give different answers, so the "clear answers" is a bit doubtful"imho it's more reliable to look up the answer to whatever in the relevant lawbook...and even then, the reality can be different then theory

When his superior was summoned he backed his minion completely.Even to this day we maintain two sets of docs for our kids 'just in case'
