I wanted to go to Kunti Japanese restaurant the other day in Kuta, but it seems like the shop has moved or closed down. I know there are some other branches, but I enjoyed going to that place. Anyone know where they moved to?

They did have another one in jalan Benesari in Legian, but it's also closed down, so maybe they're out of business. I also enjoyed eating at both places.

Take I on jalan Padma (corner Padma Utara) has very good Japanese and also Take II on Patih Jelantik (not far from Istana Kuta Galeria). Also try Sakanaya/Ramen Boy on Sunset Road. It's two restaurants in one. Sakanaya serves fresh grilled fish dishes plus sashimi, tuna carpaccio, satsuma age (Japanese fish cakes) and fish burritos! (they're good). Ramen Boy has various combinations of ramen noodles (of course) and the best gyoza in Bali. The only downside; they don't stock sushi rolls. Check TripAdvisor for reviews.

will try them out also .thanks

Seyu in Lovina is by far the best Japanese restaurant I've been to in Bali. Sushi Tei is nothing special. Ryoshi in Bali Mall Gallaria is average as well.

Had my first Japanese eating experience at Ryoshi in Ubud at the weekend - I thought it was excellent (agreed - what do I know, since it was my first?) but was with some who are old hands they said it was great too. Only problem was half the menu was "Habis". Ryoshi are also doing some interesting things with Jazz Music too, but only in Seminyuck.
