Porkies Gourmet Meats - the only pork meat processing Company in Indonesia with a traceable supply chain that is linked to a Community Partnership Program.
Our Vision is to develop the Porkies Brand and Bali as the regional supply hub of natural pork products that are traceable and meet export requirements.
To achieve this Vision requires extensive capacity development at community level prior to establishing our private abattoir, designed to meet export standard requirements in HACCP and Animal Welfare.
Porkies Gourmet Meats opened for business in December 2015 and is already developing the reputation for its wide range of pork meat products that are usually only found in Singapore, Australia, East Europe.
Henni - the proud owner of this new enterprise is supported by 2 Expats:
Willy is the Master Butcher (3rd Generation) and Sous Chef from Austria. His 2 Gold Medals earned in International competition speaks for itself.
Pete (South African) manages the business side (marketing and business development).
Our range of [B][U]export quality[/U][/B] products include:
- Range of pork sausages (smoked, cooked and raw)
- Smoked Hams (sliced & whole)
- Streaky Bacon (Dry Cured)
- Speciality products include liver pate (smoked or even baked), Cordon Bleu, Wiener Schnitzel, Kassler Steaks,
- Our Roasts include rolled belly, pork loin, rib roast and knuckle (ready to cook or ready to reheat for a main meal)
- Cold meats products include meat loaf, roasted pork belly, roasted loin, beef roast, lamb roast and pulled pork
- We also make our own South African Biltong and Boerewors and American style Beef Jerky (American style)
- Common cuts such as pork chops are readily available as frozen.
