Hi guys, I am after some information on a great value for money retreat starting after the 8th November...There are so many, but I want about 7 days of light detox in a relaxing environment, massages and nothing to do besides wind down my mind, maybe a bit of meditation and yoga or another light form of exercise?Not looking for the cheapest, but would like a place that maybe someone from here has been to and loved, or even maybe some one on here actually runs?Cheers guys,Will
