Hi everyoneBecause we plan to move back to switzerland next year, we're looking to over-rent our house we currently stay in.The house has 3bedrooms, 2bathrooms, 2livingrooms, kitchen, garage and carport. It's an older house.We would like to over-rent it include our own furniture and stuff like: 2sofas, 2fridges, 1AC, gas cooker, electric oven, 2led TV's 32'', 1-2springbed, 2wardrobes and many more small stuff.The rent for the empty house is 30million rupiah/yearOur rent time is still until 19th july 2014so the price would be how many month (2.5million/month) left + 20million rupiah for all the stuff if needed.Size of the house is around 100sqm and land 175sqm.for further information please pm me.

Normy a local friend has a 2 bedroom ( very little furniture) for rent in renon close to the road that leads to Mcd's on bypass community pool also .I think asking 55 mil for a Year . possible he would do a 6 month.let me know and I will bbm him to see if still available
