Although not on the calendar as a holiday Wednesday 9th Dec 2015 has been declared a National Holiday by the President.... due to the local elections taking place on that day.
Bali looks like we'll have the usual traffic problems plus those trying to get to the polling stations.
In other parts of the country some turmoil is predicted. Jambi and Bogor and Surabaya have been notified as possible trouble areas and extra police have been diverted there.
