I have now been in Ubud nearly three months. I am soon to apply for my retirement visa & am seeking more permanent accommodation than my current place. I will of course have to compromise but here is my wish list:[small one bedroom house or upstairs apartment with bathroom, kitchen, living room/area, balcony][WIFI][partly furnished][Within walking distance of central Ubud as I do not have transport][privacy & security][maximum annual rental of about AUD$4000-6000]I'll be grateful for any responses or constructive ideas.Thanks
