The good news is that they definitely do send to Indonesian Bank accounts. I just received my money in my account today. I started the process on the 25th of August (late at night) and the money has come through today (31st August), I think it takes an extra day or two on your first transaction as they need to verify your identity. I uploaded a scan of my passport.
There's potential for confusion though, the rate you'll actually get isn't set in stone until the transaction is processed. So if you start at transaction today and the exchange rate drops tomorrow, you're not going to get the same rate you were quoted when you started the transaction. They explain it pretty well though on their website.
Also, they've got a really swanky, modern website which looks and works great except if your internet connection is flaky. I had to repeat the process a number of times before successfully submitting it. Overall though, it's pretty impressive and definitely better than going through the banks.
