Pete88Depends on which Kitas you are meaning but most can be be renewed in Indonesia.If you mean Sosbud then check with the RI Embassy/Consul in Australia's website if it can be renewed in Darwin. I seem to remember someone here, or another forum, saying it can.

Kitas are renewed in Indonesia, Darwin can do Sosbud visa. I have talked to them about Kitas but they don't seem the know much, they only do tourist stuff.

renewing/extending a KITAS is done locally @ the kantor imigrasia sosbud is not a kitas but is referred to as an ITK
