The Padanggalak one is definitely on this weekend. Gatsu Timur and the By-pass are clogged with maniacal processions of flag waving guys on bikes escorting lorries full of blokes and kites each morning and evening. Traffic lights? Just some kind of decoration, like lights on a Christmas tree - nice to look at but .........
