PLEASE HELP!I made it to Bali and discovered I couldn't get a 30 day extension on arrival. Could someone (those who recently extended their VOA) please confirm if the information below is still correct? I'd like to get copies made of what I need, but I want to be sure I have everything needed before I go there. There's no need to make multiple trips to the copy center (a-hem money wasted on taxis) if the rules have recently changed. I'd rather do it myself to save money, but please PM me the information on someone who took care of the legwork for you. Is there a copy center with Internet access near the airport? I'd rather make a quick stop there before going to the immigration office. I also have no clue of their hours. lol ----------------------------Day one - Go to the immigration office located at Denpasar airport in Bali, bring copies of your passport, plane ticket and visa on arrival. Fill out your visa extension application and hand it in. You will get a receipt that tells you when to come back to pay for your extension - usually the next day. Don't arrive in the last minute. If you are standing in line when the office closes you will have to come back the next day. That goes for day two and three as well.Day two - Return to the office. Hand over the receipt from day one and pay for you visa extension. You will get another receipt that tells you when to come back to pick up your passport- usually the next day.Day three - Head to the immigration office to pick up your passport. Don't forget your receipt.---------------------Thank you! Becca

I just read another post which stated you can only apply for your extension after two weeks. Is this true? I arrived on Sunday and would to take care of this tomorrow. There's no information online addressing this particular issue. Please help. A copy center right next door. hahahahaha Thank you, everyone! Which means you only get around a 1 week to 10 day window to do it because you must of started the process at least 7 days before your visa expires.

Thank you! I'm the type of person that likes to take care of things right away. I was getting a message in Indonesian before, but now the phone just rings. I believe they're open M-Th 8-2. I didn't go this morning because I keep getting conflicting information. There's no point in making a trip there just to see if I need to wait two weeks to renew or if I can do it now. I'd like to speak to someone on the phone first.

Here's the current process since only a few people were able to help with the location.Things needed for 30 day extension:Application form: perdim 23 ( It's in English and easy to fill out)Copy of face page of passport, visa page and copy of departure cardPassportThat's it!They'll give you a receipt which will tell you to come back in a week or so to pay the 250,000 RP fee.No clue what will happen next, but I'll update this. I'm guessing after I pay the fee, I'll get another receipt to with a date to pick up my passport.

Next Step...I had to take a number in order to pay the visa fee which took up about two hours of my day. Once I paid the fee, I was given ticket to come back tomorrow to pick up my passport with the visa extension stamp. So...three days total to get the 30 day extension. I t was very easy, but waiting a few hours in the hot immigrasi office was painful. :icon_neutral:
