Today the Roma Soccer Club visited Indonesia on its final event of its pre-season world tour. However, at the airport, 5 of the team members were denied entry and flew directly back to Italy.
It's presumed because their passports needed visas for entry to Indonesia but that has no yet been stated.
This really smacks of immigration nonsense and the fans are really pissed that they couldn't see their favorites...anyone would think some exceptions to rule would prevail.
I guess xenophobia and ridiculous nationalism cannot be corrected here...even at the soccer level.
