Unless you are looking to shag the helper have you thought about having a westerner move in with you? Charge them $100 a week on the proviso they look after the place.

I do great cleaning and am a dab hand at cooking spaghetti bolognaize. You'll get used to eating it 4 or 5 times a week and the place will be spotless.
