I'm living in Kesiman in villa with 3 bedrooms and pool. I have a one year contract. I asked the owner for a price for a three year contract but I have the impression he asks too much. So, I am looking for another villa with following requirements:- quiet- preferably not too far from sea so that some breeze can be felt- 2 or 3 bedrooms- pool- not too far from centre of Sanur or Kuta (for shopping and restaurants).Budget around 75-85 million per year (depending on furnished or not).Thanks in advance for good information.Marc
