Me and my partner are moving to Bali for a year or so and we are wanting to take our dobermann with us. Has anyone had any experience with transporting animals into bali/back into australia? It is hard to get information on transporting animals into australia. I know it is going to be an expensive exercise but it would be great to hear about anyone elses experiences. Cheers :)

Unfortunately you cannot bring dogs into or out of Bali.

just FYI even if you could bring your dog-when you want to return to Australia any animal that has been in asian countries that have rabies must be quarantined in boarding facility in Singapore until they can be repatriated-I know this from an australian friends experience moving her dogs to Thailand and back
