Hi MelanieD and welcome.
I've used Bali Mode for many years and recommend. The owner 'Didik' is a retired Immigration officer and I believe he's on the Commitee of the Asociation of Travel Agents Bali.
He has offices in Ubud, Sanur, Kuta and services in Jakarta and Singapore.
His Ubud address is Jl. Hanoman #27 Ubud 80571 Tel: 0361-970288.....although I doubt he will personally look after you he has dozens of expert staff.
The extension will cost US$35 for 30 days but not sure what the agent charges to do the work.
You can do it yourself and I believe the nearest immigration office is in Renon. Maybe others can advise nearest Immigration office to Ubud as I use the one near the airport....which always seems to be busy.
