Personally I wouldn't trust the Daily Mail to say "****" if they had a mouthful. Am I the only one that thinks life (meaning the rest, the whole whack) in prison, a Philippine Prison!, would be way worse than getting topped, if it's punishment you are after? My only problem with life sentences is the way the Europeans use them - it generally means about 13 - 16 years with 1/3 off for good behavior. That aint fecking life and that aint punishment!

In theory I have been against the death penalty, but if there was ever a case that warrants it then I think this it: Peter Gerard Scully arrested in Philippines on child sex abuse charges | Daily Mail Online The case is in the Philippines and it seems like they no longer have the death penalty, but many people are calling for it. The reason I bring it up here, is that some people have suggested that the Australian Federal Police should not act on overseas crimes if there is the possibility of the person getting the death penalty. I believe that the AFP helped to arrest this guy and I think it is a good example that they should be able to carry out their investigations whether or not the perp will get the death penalty for their crimes.
