Evan has dropped right off the radar and last seen did not look well at all.
Lucy's is no longer the attraction that it was due to Evan's reduced style of 'hands on' management.
Basically there are far too many pubs in Nagoya and not enough drunken expats so Lucy's has lost its flavour.
