This is just a hypothetical question, but I was wondering how you would begin to track down someone (Indonesian) here, particularly from another island? It is common for people to have just one name, or go by various nicknames and I have heard of people having multiple KTPs or no KTP.

its harder to create a KTP in Bali nowadays so its not that easy, but living without a KTP is still easily done here too.
If he comes from another island, its easier to track him through the community of people that came from the same region in Bali, usually people missed being able to talk with someone with the same language
