I have already used the solution which came with the machine so need to buy more.Anyone know where I can find this in Bali?

I use white vinegar to descale mine, about a 1:4 ratio. Just make sure you run clean water through it thoroughly afterwards or it will taint your coffee.My machine has given me 10 years service.

i would recommend you buy a jura, this u order in germany or better swiss, and let it send by post. the price for coffeemchine in europe is half of here i guess and post is 500 000 and a small bribery money is 300 to 400.000 so it will be much more cheap instead of buying here.. even better someone bring it for you..
