can anyone tell me where I can get a standard 35 year land lease form for land in Bali ?. Something I can use as a template and fill in or add my own details.

I suggest contacting a notary or lawyer. Just changing the address on another agreement is likely to give you problems down the track.

you can't get ONE legal 35 years lease - should be below 30 years (yes I know there are notary who wouldn't mind to give you more but the lease title is contestable) and STANDARD is 25 years

I just heard from a realtor today that a property I've an interest is on a 28 year lease....I believe the building is already 2 years old so an original 30 year lease looks correct. She also says that a further 20 year is available for 10% more than the cost of the original, but this option expires end of 2018. Is it legal for a foreigner (WNA) to hold 2 leases to total 48 years?
I read many times the RI Govt intends to have leases available for WNA up to 70 years but haven't heard that has yet been approved.
Anybody got more info on this?

If you are thinking of doing it yourself - forget it. Find notaries in the same regency as the property and work together. And the agreement is in Bahasa Indonesia of course.
