Hi,
somebody done a soil test and the topography of his land before building his house?
If so, how much you paid per are/m2?
Thanks for your input.

What are you wanting to test for bugs or chemicals?
You can pretty much bet that whatever it is your testing company will recommend action of some sort.
Frankly, if the view is good forget the tests and build on it.

Right on ;)
It's a downward slope land in front a cliff.
So need to know how deep soil and how deep come the stones/clay.
Make sense?
Ever done such? Any idea who to ask for prices?

So if you drop your beer bottle (hard to imagine, I know) it will roll down the hill and off the cliff?
If the answer is "yes" don't build there.
Testing done - back to me seat at the pool.

You might want to contact Populiare (advertiser on the forum) as he seems to be in the know about such things as technical building questions - as opposed to the rest of us that cast caution to the wind and just went the feck ahead and did it.
I would be real careful about building or planning something like that in the dry season unless you already know what the land is like in the wet season or you have lots of neighbors to ask. Your land could turn into a waterfall.
