Sorry it may be all "artistic" but to me it looks like the opening scene to one of those "Zoological" films that no one watches... But it has been said that I'm in need of some help too.

I am curious about how you got that halo effect around her head. First I though maybe the sun was directly behind her head, and perhaps this could create a halo. But that's not right because the shadows of the dog's nose and paw show the sun was high in the sky to the photographer's left. So how did you get the halo?
