Bad news....from the Kuta Times.
The Monty Python comedy revival (running in London) will not be touring Australasia (including RI) due to the age of the the performers...according to group member Eric Idle (71).
Good news....from the Kuta Times.
The new co-ordinating Minister of Indonesian Maritime Affairs has plans to 'sell abroad' the oxygen that Indonesia introduces to the atmosphere due to its 3 million hectares of mangrove forest (the worlds largest), as the rest of the world currently gets it free. He is reported to have said this during a 'working' visit to Cilicap, Central Java, last Saturday.
What is NOT reported is he may be thinking of asking Singapore and Malaysia to make a contribution towards the smoke that Indonesia sends to those countries every harvesting season.
Pythons apparently live well....and breed...:icon_e_biggrin:

They should sell the rights to the mangrove forests for carbon credits....if they still do that ****.....in Oz several years ago a US company bought a huge cattle station, covered in trees....well not covered, hut bushy you know.....for the sole reason to offset their carbon emmissions.....they paid a staggering $80 million for it.....just to buy trees that were already there and doing their job....no additional trres, or reforestation...go figure

careful PSW...you may be confusing samsiam post as an ROI when....in fact.....it's a 'Cattle Gain.'...:icon_rolleyes:
