Looking for a villa for myself and daughter 1-2 months in Lembongen. I can pay small rent and/or house-sit take care of or fix garden? coordinate/supervise-boss around, I am artist, gardener and art/spec.needs teacher from Aust. (Perth). Reliable, responsible, trustworthy can send CV and references if required.I have daughter with disabilities and we want to volunteer at school and introduce spec. needs into school and also get a feel for living in Lembongen-with view to staying perm. Thank you for replays. Your projects and dreams are inspiring!!I am at this stage just wanting to rent a villa with view to buying (freehold/lease) land/building in Lembongen. Some people say building in Lembongen is almost as expensive as Aust.? Is this true? And how do you find out what land is for sale is their a registry or word of mouth? This is for Lembongen. Also is it customery that you pay your sponsor $ each month if it is freehold whats the diff. between lease and freehold? sorry Im sure this has been asked a million times but I still dont get it?Many thanks harryrose61
