I don't exactly understand what you're asking..."if one would rent an office, they would have to show to the authorities that it is a legal commercial building" ..show to what/wich authorities ? for the purpose of what ?and if one would wanted to work from home, then the home would become a place of employement..and to get an commercial IMB the land on wich the home is build would have to be zoned commercial..

aaah..okey I got it now :) yeah, in that case (setting up PMA/PT) one has to proof the 'business'-location is indeed classified as Commercial...Sidestep : If one would want to work from home, one could pay their agents to supply a mail adress for said business with the right classification.
