I need a pre nup done. it should be easy and cheap since I not own anything yet!
my fiance only owns her daughters scooter which i pay for every month now..
any special things that should be included in it for the future when we buy land and build on it both in Lombok and Sanur

depends on several possibilities age of scooter, amount owed on scooter , age of daughter ( she only 13 now) ,if wife ages well lol all this would matter so depends on when /if it happens lol

Hey Smoke, a prenup is usually easy and relatively inexpensive, unless you're already married :icon_e_surprised:. Any decent notary can prepare one, as can the law firm (above) that supports this site. One thing to keep in mind is that the prenup needs to registered with the authorities (district court I believe) before the marriage...

yes getting it done and registered before the marrage.i just want to abide by the RI laws.only thing i own in RI is a current 2 year lease on my house and own the furniture.after marrage she will buy us some land in lombok to speculate with along with land in sanur to build our houses on. I hope one day to be able to afford a scooter for her also
