Normy You obviously intend to extend your tourist visa by some means (haha) as by my calculations it will expire well before 60 days after your arrival. Not sure if retro applies. Will find out next Monday. Mine cost the usual AU$60 on 30 June.
sherm Normy, I only get to stay 55-days this trip. I figured better than VOA because I don't have to make the trip down to renew before my 30-days are up. I have to use before 45-days from issue.
Normy was not asked for any extra payment when arrived on 14 Jul. Visa in p/port says 60 days, arrival card says staying 117 days. No worries. As Markit says they don't read half the stuff you show.
