It would be easier to put in the GF's name(danger!) unless you have a 'pisah harta'=prenup with your wife....Foreigners cannot own land in Indonesia,if you are are married anything bought after marriage is automatically split in half .value wise. which means if your wife buys land you own half (But your not allowed to!)....Opens up the possibility for the Government to take possession.....blah blah blah it's been said zillion times here and there if you don't allready know
