The way I read it, it implies that the costs/fee for application is dependable on which date the application is lodged. Hope the above is of some use to you.
klaatu indo imigrasi is a piece of cake compared to aussie immigration..talk about anti-tourism!..back in the old days,just take wife with passports and marriage details ,2 weeks later your in!
klaatu and the partner visa yikess...what if you have been living in Indo and have no aussie income or home because you don't want to be separated for up to a year while their 'processing' your application?
