[b]Update on our Kost[/b]Things have moved along well over the last 12 months with 3 rooms booked to long term guests ( 12 months plus ) plus very good reviews on airbnb.However , the toll of us still living in Australia with the prospect of not retiring anytime soon has put us in a situation where we MAY have to sell.Anyone recommend a good agent who could handle the sale and has access to a suitable client base ( do not say Ray White ! ) ?We may look at long term lease as we own the property Hak milik with all the IMB's in place.Even as I type this we are adding a new security office, laundry, kitchen and manager office so if we cannot sell then will just keep improving :)If anyone is interested we are looking at circa $550000AUD on 700m2 of land.
