If you drive any time around south Bali, most days you'll see cars with LATIHAN banners on the top. Those are driving instructors' cars.

Matsaleh, Can you explain how these driving lessons work...I am totally clueless...I would like my 16 year old to get his licence in Bali...Is this possible..?

Lea, I have no idea how they structure lessons, etc. Maybe call one of the companies listed on this website: AngloINFO Bali: Driving Schools, Instructors & Lessons The AngloFILE Business Directory Bali, Indonesia

My wife has done a driving course with Anika. They only thought her how to drive in a straight line. No manoeuvres, learning how to drive in reverse, learning how to park, learning how to start on a hill or any of that. She passed her lessons and got her license. Most of her driving skills she learned after getting her license. If you find a school make sure they teach your son everything unlike what my wife got.

There is a place in Peliatan....opposite Kimia apotek.

I've just started learning to drive and have just had my 3rd lesson.I like my driving instructor in Quail's School of Motoring, and he was recommended to me by my housemate who has also enjoyed learning to drive with him.My issue is how much of my 2 hour lesson should be focused on my driving.
