With everybody trying to guess the true scenario of MH370 (or MAS370 or 9M-MRO), I fear that particular B777-200ER has not had it's last flight yet
This last sentence had me believe that you were indicating that this A/C was still flying. My response was to correct that. You now clearly identify you are better informed than your above sentence suggested..I have no argument.

I bumped this thread from April 2014 because of new legal information about the incidence. My reasoning was to show those lawyers filing a 'suit' to 'find the truth'.
No body has any more information, to date, on the disaster so there is no truth.....pictures, jokes, opinions and freedom of the media are correct. I just felt some decorum was justified but, I'm old fashioned, and possibly irrelevant.
I just opined that there are people whose families are grieving and some are having financial difficulty.....and wondered if those same lawyers were helping them....or themselves.
davita
Davita, Whilst I appreciate where you are coming from with your comments back to Rangi, I don't agree it would increase families' grief to express frustration at what does seem to be an inexcusable lack of knowledge of an event given all the world's surveillance and intelligence. We are not all eloquent wordsmiths and conversationalists, and I for one appreciate the occasional pointed pictorial inputs from Rangi - a little nutty or otherwise. They break up the constant flow of dialog from the same small number of learned contributors, as well as provoking alternative thought and opinions.
Totally agree with you, except, without dialogue or comment this pic....imo, is just bad taste...period. There is a time and place for everything.
I doubt if any of the families open this forum but I'm sure it is spread by other social media where they might also find it offensive. That is why I add IMO.

You have completely missed the point.
You also say I should grow-up and yet you use the word 'FECK' often, which is accepted by this website. It reminds me of how adults think they can talk around children without the child knowing what they are saying! Grow-up...sure!
Possibly I have completely missed the point - it is equally possible that the point wasn't very well made?
"Also...I don't know why the admin of this website permit such profanity. When I posted elsewhere a proper word (****ographic)...it was censured."
Perhaps if your point was meant ironically then you should have been slightly more ironic because your tone in the above comment isn't.
My use of the word "feck" is exactly to get around the idiotic censorship imposed by the software, not to hide any meaning from the children. I've always had a soft spot for the word feck as it's used by many highly religious and moral Irish people of my acquaintance without the least shyness about meaning or in which company they find themselves. I have also been reliably informed that it does not mean the same as f.u.c.k but I don't believe that either...
If you prefer I can change it to fock, furk or ferk?

Here's a link to a website where every current registered A/C flying and transponding can be located.
Flightradar24.com - Live flight tracker!
A click on the menu page will identify, by registration and current flight profile, that A/C. So far...no-one has seen (9M-MRO) the registration (tail number) of flight MH370.
Last week, two un-identified A/C entered Indonesia without permit and were forced down by the Indonesian Airforce.
It isn't widely known that MH370 was a code-share flight with China Southern Airlines flight CZ748. More than half of the 239 people on board were Chinese and probably thought they were on a Chinese A/C and NOT Malaysian. One week before, on 1 March, a massacre by terrorists happened in Kunming railway station. Kunming is a large South China city.
I've not read conspirator theorists develop that issue, made jokes, nor posted pictures...offensive or not!
davita
There is only the truth
MH370
Did it crash - Yes or No
If yes, where is the wreckage
If no, where is the ACFT?
Simple
I suggest you heat up a meat pie in your Denpoo and eat...you're sounding delirious.

Good..myself has just devoured a meat curry pie from Raja Meat, cooked to you specification in the ceremonial Denpoo, quaffed with copious amounts of Hatten Rosé.
Bon appetite and selamat malam
davita
No - I think that is only for ACFT under certain radar conditions
For example, does it include John Smith in his validly registered 150hp ABS-123 doing circuits at Parafield in South Australia at 'not above one thousand'? I don't think so and he would definitely have a TXPDR operative for that
I have seen those internet-based maps many times
There's a bucket-load more ACFT in the sky than that type of report shows
You won't see that number again - it will never be re-issued
And MAS have changed the flight number MH370 to a 9-series one (I think it was a 9-series)
Situation 'normal'
I think that is coincidence
There is much more afoot here than meets the eye
I don't know what point you are making. Your earlier post suggested you were unaware of how the systems work and now you indicate you have expertise. That's great...the more information, and discussion, the merrier.
btw Flightradar 24 does not access radar...

I am glad the plane was circled, I almost didn't see it.

A bigger picture shows that aeroplane on the moon has 4 engines...MH370 had only 2. However...even though it isn't MH370, it is interesting how it got to the moon. Must have been the same movers that put that DC10 on top of the Arena building in Kerobokan...so now there IS a Bali connection to this thread!:icon_e_biggrin:

Couldn't find a feck to give about this, looked hard too.
What exercises me is the wild us of "hacked" for just about anything now days - life hacked, airplane hacked, phone hacked and of course computer hacked. The only thing most of us can "hack" is wood and for the smokers, a cough, but that about uses it up for me.

BREAKING!!! U.S. Military Shot Down MH370, Claims Former Airline Boss
A former airline boss and writer claims the U.S. downed Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 because the military feared it had been taken over by hackers and was about to be used in a 9/11-style attack.
Marc Dugain, the former chief executive of now-defunct Proteus Airlines, said the jumbo jet was shot down near a U.S. military base on the remote island of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean after it was hacked.
He told Paris Match that islanders in the Maldives near Diego Garcia told him they saw the missing aircraft flying low.
Dugain spoke of a fisherman on a small island who spoke of a ‘huge plane’ in Malaysie Airline’s colours on March 8.
He also said islanders had found an empty fire extinguisher from the plane in the water near Baarah island.
The Senegal-born Frenchman, who is now a successful novelist, also told a radio station he was warned not to investigate MH370 by an intelligence source, who spoke of ‘risks’ and counselled him to ‘let time do its work’.
Last week grieving family members of Chinese passengers from a missing Malaysia Airlines flight protested outside the foreign ministry in Beijing Friday accusing the government of failing to provide them with regular updates on the search for the aircraft.
About 30 people, many of them elderly, gathered at the gates of the ministry with temperatures approaching freezing and were confronted by a line of police.
They demanded to speak to government officials in a bid to get more information on the search for flight MH370. Police manhandled and pushed protesters that attempted to enter the gate and warned passersby to leave the area immediately.
‘My son is alive and I want to know what the government is doing to find him,’ said Liu Dianyun, the mother of one of the passengers.
Some drove for two hours to attend the demonstration, despite acknowledging that their efforts were unlikely to produce results.
Chinese passengers account for about two-thirds of the 239 people who were aboard the Boeing 777, which vanished on March 8 en route from Kuala Lumpur to China’s capital.
Dozens of their relatives were reportedly beaten and arrested earlier this year

That DC10 on top of Arena on Jl Kerobokan doesn't have any fuselage nor wings....so I'm thinking it's been well and truly hacked...:icon_e_surprised:
The idea of a computer hacker piloting a B777 over 2000 miles at 35,000 feet from his computer, doesn't quite hack-it for me.:icon_idea:

Dear Rangi,
After an in depth amount of research it has been determined that your conspiracy theories have emanated from a source recently revealed as non other than a nefarious group known only as the "Loyal Order Of Paranoids", otherwise recognized as "The Loopies". This group also has a loose affiliation with another group known as "The Loonies". Both are without doubt beyond any comprehension of reality as it is now realized. Is this true?
SamD
Seems plausible
Except the author doesn't explain how the scam was perpetrated. Did they ask the pilot: "I say old chap, we're in a spot of financial bother. Would you mind crashing your plane somewhere we can't find it so we can claim the insurance?". All the facts quoted in the story don't provide a shred of evidence for this fantastic theory. So Air Asia and MA both insure their planes through Allianz. So what? What has the fact that Air India insured grounded planes to do with the MA plane crashes? Nothing whatsoever. Does the fact that a court allowed investors to sue Allianz over the Stanford ponzi scheme implicate Allianz in a mass murder? Of course it doesn't. So basically, it's a load of bollocks, like all of these crackpot conspiracy theories.

IMO it seems like a realistic theory.
People have murdered for a lot less than 2.25 billion dollars.
like all of these crackpot conspiracy theories.
I find it funny people are so quick to dismiss a theory when the are not willing to give their theory or contribute in anyway to the thread, other to say comments like this.
