Unless you've already found one (please tell me where) I can only suggest that having looked myself all over the island the only other alternative is to have one made. This would not be as expensive as it might first sound. Get a picture or make one up (Sketch-up is a great programme for designing stuff) and get someone to make it up for you. If you mean rather expensive models with mechanisms to fold out I suggest Vivendi in Seminyak Sq.If you mean fold out foam based sofas.... I saw those in the front area of the smaller Carrefour yesterday. A choice of fabric is available.

A few years ago we bought a nice, not so cheap, drop down sofa - bed in Denpasar. Not long after one of the click mechanisms failed to work and we soon found that the frame hidden by covers was narrow pine with one end near collapsing. I have that end propped up underneath and the back of the sofa propped up at both ends to prevent further collapse. So we now have a tatty sofa but no drop down as bed. Try and see what the inner structure is made from if you find something.
