Just read that now Portland Maine (USA) has legalized the recreational use of Marijuana to go along with laws passed in 2012 doing the same in Colorado (USA) and Washington (sama sama).
It's not a far stretch of the old imagination to conceive of someone in Portland, Colorado or Washington packing the luggage for that once-in-a-lifetime trip to Bali and forgetting the 2 [I]legal[/I] spliffs he left in his housecoat pocket only to be presented with them again at the Denpasar Imagrassi. This will make that 2 week hol turns into 5 to 10 years in Kerbokan.
