Architect & General Contractor recommendation

Hi all,I did do a site search but some of the data seems dated or not applicable, apologies if I overlooked a great post on this topic.My wife is opening a medium size salon in a prominent corner Seminyak. We're seeking a skilled Architect and General Contractor to kick this project off in a hurry. We'd like the shop to be well thought through, sleek, and modern. We're serious about the project and have already secured the location.We know there are plenty on the web but I'd prefer a personal recommendation from some of the expats who have done this type of thing previously in Bali/Seminyak. Any insight on costing is appreciated.Thanks,Des

My contractor is Pak Budhi ([URL="tel:0361 743 4106"]0361 743 4106[/URL] / [email]budhi_yadmika@yahoo.com[/email]). I can email you my drawings so you can see the detail of the architect and if you want to see my house (now doing concrete works) then you can do so (in Sanur) and see the quality of the contractor. I was also considering Tunas Jaya for construction. I have seen their quality which is very high but unfortunately they were above my budget. My contact at Tunas Jaya was Pak Agus (081 2396 0600). They are very reliable and efficient, and most importantly they offer very good prices since there is no agents or developers involved.Send me a message if you need more details,Saludos,Elisabete
