I was wondering if anyone can recommend an inexpensive coffee machine that makes lattes/cappacinos and where I can buy it in Bali.I remember having a Saeco machine in an office I worked at and it made pretty nice coffee.

Hi SpicyDid a lot of looking into this myself a while back and they were all super expensive with the import taxes and stuff.. way more that you'd pay in Oz or Europe (where they were from) There is a Saeco/Jura? service centre in Denpasar that sells them and for a simple one they quoted well over $2000.. i also saw a nice delonghi one on carrefour again over $2000...we ended up ordering from Graysonline in Australia and bought it up packaged as is on our next run.. sorry not much help..

Oh good - and thanks!Yes they are very reputable have used them as have many friends a few times. Think they sell excess stock, bulk buys, closed companies stock etc.. i have never bidded only done straight buys, though i am sure it's much like e-bay. That machine looks great.. we chose a Jura because they can service them in Denpasar.. there is also a service centre for Delonghi, it may be worth considering/checking cos you won't be wanting to take it back for warranty or service??

same i have only bought outright. but found quick and reliable.. was wondering myself about bringing a coffee machine over.. my friend has one with the 'pod' thing... what's milk like as i don't really like the milk here.???
