Let me get this straight... 1: you have a contract to install and maintain AC's for a leading telecom-company.. 2: you have obtained rights to be the only seller of brand 'X' AC on Bali But you need AC-users to tell you, how many times a year they need serviced and how much it costs to service an AC ?

hii gilbert, please read carefully, we get contract for the installation is not maintenance. kuta area is traffic jammed because we are planning to set up an office there, this is done to reduce the cost of transportation from Tohpati to Kuta area. Survey we did was to see if there are additional revenue opportunities that we can obtain through maintenance services when we opened an office there, if we only rely on the installation contract will lease the burden of office.

I have 7 AC units and I service them every 4 to 6 months. The tukang AC charges Rp35.000 for cleaning and Rp75.000 to top up the gas. Two guys arrive within 2 hours of calling, so I don't need a maintenance contract.

we are growing up the air conditioning installation and maintenance business. Last month, We have completed contracts with one of the leading telecommunication companies in Indonesia for ac installation in all their outlets in Bali and Lombok and the next year had obtained a license from one manufacturer AC to be the sole agent for brands such AC installation for Bali area. We have plans to expand with offices and AC spare parts shops in Kerobokan because of our offices are now operational costs are too large to hold the kuta area. So we need help to fill out survey from you who live in there : 1. how many months you are servicing AC ? 2. how much it costs to maintenance for a year ? 3. have you a bad experience with a AC service company ? please explain thanks

I am in a similar situation I have 36 AC units and when they need servicing I simply make a phone call. No need for a contract of any kind. If the AC is starting to get a bit tired, I make another phone call and a unit is installed. I hand over around 3.5 million and have a beer. No need for a contract there either.
