thanks for answering, and sorry for the delay
The financial site you're trying to reach might have some videos on it (like, Vimeo, which is blocked in Indonesia). The way to get around that is by using a VPN.
Preferably a good one. There are many "free" ones but IMHO, better to avoid them, for various reasons.
The Opera browser's built-in VPN is "OK", but extremely limited in things like the number of servers, where they are, choice of protocols (Open VPN, UDP, PPTP, etc). It might work for your needs, but expect slow servers or servers that are nowhere near Indonesia.
I would suggest going for a full-featured VPN on a trial basis (free to try). For example, ExpressVPN, NordVPN, etc.
I've been using iPVanish for several years and it's been fine for me. (But, they don't really have a reasonable trial option).
Most of the paid ones have different price structures. You could opt for a month at first and see how it goes. Yearly subscriptions are cheaper, but not exactly prohibitive (around $60-100 per year).
Also keep in mind that how fast things work while using a VPN depend on what kind of ISP service you have where you are.
A typical VPN will decrease your speed at least 10%.
