Depends on which end of Nakula. It runs from Legian Street, across Sunset Road to jalan Imam Bonjol. If it's at the Legian Street end, it's in a reasonable location. Walking distance to Bintang Supermarket and lots of cafes, and about 1.5 km to Padma Street. If it's at the other end of Nakula near Sunset Road or worse, at the Imam Bonjol end, then it's around 3 to 4 km to Padma.
I had a look at Maviba Rental's website (haven't heard of them before). The location shown for Villa LA Seminyak is totally incorrect on their map. Take a look at Google Maps:
Google Maps. In the search field, type "Seminyak, jalan Nakula". As you will see, it's a very long street.
