Cheapest, or best prepaid mobile provider in Bali

HI everyone, I am visiting Bali for 3 weeks. Do you know who's the cheapest prepaid mobile provider right now? What provider has the best reception, cheapest SMS? Which provider has the most local customers in Bali? I am interested in sending SMS (to local Balinese mobile numbers only). No roaming, no international, no nothing. SMS are more important for me than voice calls. I already have an old Nokia GSM phone, it is 2G compatible, and that's good enough for me. I think the complete list is here (arranged by name), but I could not get much useful information from the websites, some are not in English, and others are confusing. I asked my wife who spends a large amount of time talking on the phone and she said they are all much the same. I know it is cheaper to call someone on the same network, so perhaps you can do a survey of your friends and find out which network most of them use. With all things considered though, your mobile phone expenses should be the smallest amount of your travel budget. if you just 3 weeks in Bali so i prefer use XL or telkomsel, but if you plan stay long time i prefer you use Tri with them program unlimited access
