I don't think anyone here would support more hotels in Bali, but at peak times like now it can be a right pain trying to book rooms. Of course I would avoid traveling at these times, but often it is the time when we have people visiting and who want to travel around together. Bali Discovery has lots of reports of hotels heavily discounting their prices, but I haven't really seen this at all - maybe they are only talking about the high end places. Anyone else have this experience?
